Visualization is about learning to master your imagination.  

Create images in your mind and use them to focus on a desired result.

Step 1 - Relax

Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Pay attention to your breath moving in and out of your body.

Step 2- Clear out Mental Clutter 

Let thoughts enter your mind and watch them leave. Let negative thoughts, fear and distractions go and release limitations. Notice your body is becoming more relaxed.

Step 3: Clear your Energy

Imagine a waterfall of light over your head. 

Let the light wash through you, removing any blockages, lighting up and energizing every cell with radiant health.

Step 4- Imagine your desired state. 

See the end result as clearly as you can as if it has already happened. Imagine how your strong, vital body feels, how your muscles and body moves, the weather and see an improvement in your performance [ running, cycling, swimming etc].

Reinforce that you have achieved the result by imagining meeting someone you know. They tell you how great you look, so vibrant and healthy.

As you become more skilled at visualization, the mental imagery will become more clear. You will be able to focus on ideas, desired end states longer.  And, you will begin to realize that visualization is self-empowerment on another level.
